Summary: The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) has launched the Aatamanirbhar Skilled Employee Employer Mappingg (ASEEM) portal to help find efficient livelihood opportunities. An online registration form is available for those who want job through the portal.

The ASEEM website can be accessed at “smis.nsdcindia.org”. There’s an app as well. This portal has the database of labour migrants in Indian states and overseas citizens, who returned to India and applied for the SWADES skill card.

Step to Apply Online ASEEM Portal For employees 2020

Step 1- Visit the Official Website ASEEM Portal i.e. https://smis.nsdcindia.org/.

Step 2- On Homepage, Search & Click on “for the candidate” Link.

Step 3- Google Play Store will open in your Mobile Phone Device.

Step 4- Search for ASEEM by Betterplace Mobile App and Install this app.

Step 5- Open App and now you have to fill the online application form by registering on Aseem Betterplace App.

Step 6- After this, you will continue to get information related to any work for which you have registered from time to time.

For employers

Step to Apply Online ASEEM Portal For employers 2020

Step 1- Visit the Official Website ASEEM Portal i.e. https://smis.nsdcindia.org/.

Step 2- On Homepage, Search & Click on “for the employer” Link.

Step 3- Now, registration page will open on the screen.

Step 4- On this page you have to click on the Register Now button below.

Step 5- Now enter the required details (Mention all the details such as company name, company profile, job sector, etc. and other information) and upload documents.

Step 6- After this, click on the option to register button and finally successfully submit the application.

• This portal will provide employment to the skilled workers of 37 different sectors.
• Complete information of 20 lakh skilled people has been uploaded.
• Traders will be provided with labor power through the portal.
• The government job portal will be mapping workers based on their regions so that it can meet the demand for skilled workers in local industries.
• The Artificial Intelligence-based platform will also  provide real-time granular information by identifying relevant skilling requirements and employment prospects.
