Step 2- On the home page, lick on this option to file a complaint / problem [शिकायत /समस्या दर्ज ].
Step 3- Now, you have to click on the option to file a complaint – शिकायत दर्ज करे .
Step 4- In this form, you will have to fill all the information asked such as mobile number, file a complaint and upload the documents etc.
Step 5- After filling all the information you have to click on the submit button. In this way your complaint will be registered.
