Offline process to apply under Yuva Swarozgar Yojana

Step 1- First, Applicant need to visit Deputy Commissioner Office or District Industries Center to get the application form of Chief Minister Yuva Swarojgar Yojana from.

Beneficiary Guidelines

The applicant should be a native of Uttar Pradesh and should be from 18 years to 40 years of age. The minimum educational qualification of the applicant should be high school or equivalent. Applicants should not be defaulters of any nationalized bank / financial institution/ government institution etc. The benefits have not been received by the applicant under the Prime Minister’s Employment Scheme, which is run earlier, the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Program, the Chief Minister’s Employment Scheme or any other self-employment scheme run by the Central or State Government. The applicant or any member of his family will be benefited only once under the scheme. It will be mandatory for the applicant to submit an affidavit regarding the fulfillment of eligibility conditions.

Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana UP 2020: Online Application Form PDF Download – In order to promote the self-employment opportunities to the educated but unemployed youth of state, Government of Uttar Pradesh has announced the scheme of Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana. In order to provide a single window system for applying, disposal and real time monitoring of scheme a web portal with end-to-end computerization has been developed by NIC UP State Centre. The portal was launched by Chaudhary Udaybhan Singh, Hon’ble Minister of State, MSME & Export Promotion, GoUP on 19th Feb 2020 at Lucknow in the gracious presence of Sri Navneet Sehgal, IAS & Principal Secretary, MSME & Export Promotion, UP and Shri Govindaraju N.S, IAS & Commissioner & Director, Directorate of Industries.

There are two sectors in this scheme i.e. Industrial Sector & Service Sector. The Maximum loan amount for Industrial Sector is Rs. 25 Lacs and that of Service sector it is 10 Lacs. The margin money for these two sectors is 25% of the Loan amount. These schemes having the Citizen Registration, DIC level Approval, Rejection and forward to district level task force committee (DLTFC) ,DLTFC level Approval, rejection and Forward to bank and Bank Module for claim the margin money.

25 percent rebate will be given by the state government on 25 lakh projects. Migrant workers from other district who are originally residents of Meerut can also apply for self-employment, they will be given special preference. Dashboard for Principal Secretary, Directorate, Joint Commissoner, DIC, DLTFC and Bank Level Officers has also been developed for the real time monitoring of the scheme.
