The responsibility to conduct National Eligibility Test 2020 is taken of National Testing Agency. The Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) has established a national Testing Agency.
The University Grants Commission has entrusted the responsibility of conducting UGC-NET to the NTA. It is a test being organized to determine the eligibility online for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship and Assistant Professor both in Indian Universities and Colleges.

एनटीए ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया है कि प्रवेश पत्र पोस्ट द्वारा नहीं भेजे जाएंगे। किसी भी मामले में, यूजीसी-नेट, 2020 के लिए डुप्लिकेट / अस्थायी प्रवेश पत्र जारी नहीं किया जाएगा। एनटीए ने अभ्यर्थियों को निर्धारित समय से एक घंटे पूर्व परीक्षा केंद्र में रिपोर्ट करने के लिए कहा गया है। उम्मीदवारों को पहली पारी में सुबह 8.30 बजे के बाद परीक्षा केंद्र में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी और दूसरी पारी में 1.30 बजे बाद प्रवेश नहीं दिया जाएगा।

- A login page will open and then enter Registration Number/ User ID and Date of birth/Password

No, there is no negative marking in the UGC NET Exam.
What is the validity of the UGC NET certificate?
The validity of the UGC NET certificate is for the lifetime. However, the JRF let the er is valid for 3 years from the date of issue of JRF Award Letter

Aspirants must bring the following documents on the day of examination at the test center else they will be disqualified. Aspirants who will not bring these will not be allowed to sit in the examination.
