Students of Rajasthan who have not yet applied under this scheme should apply as soon as possible and find their name in the laptop distribution list. Under this scheme, students who have secured 75% or more marks (75% or more marks in the examination) in the 8th, 10th and 12th standard examination will be provided free laptops by the state government.

Beneficiary Guidelines

The applicant should be a permanent resident of Rajasthan. Students are studying in 8th, 10th and 12th grade will be made eligible for this scheme. Under this scheme, only students who score more than 75% in the board examination are eligible for this scheme. Only 6000 students of 8th grade, 6,300 students of 10th class and 9,000 students of 12th standard will be eligible under the free laptop distribution scheme. It is mandatory for the applicant to have bonafide of Rajasthan. The income of his parents should not exceed one lakh annually. Only the students whose names will appear in the beneficiary list will get the benefit of this scheme. The annual income of the applicant’s family applying under this scheme should be less than Rs. 1 lakh.
