ESanjeevani OPD Online Registration / Token Generation / Login Process
The Government of India has launched e-Sanjeevani– an online OPD (Doctor-to-Patient), integrated telemedicine solutions developed by C-DAC Mohali. It provides a platform for citizens to connect with a network of specialist doctors over video conferencing and obtain medical treatments and advice for common health-related concerns while sitting at home. All patient follow the given below flow chart to access the medical services:

Procedure to Register Patient: ESanjeevani OPD Registration Form 2020
Step 1- Visit the Official Website of ESanjeevani OPD i.e. https://ift.tt/2YXoEWE.
Step 2- On the Homepage, Click on the Option “Patient Registration” button under the menu option (right side).
Step 3- Registration page will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4- Now, enter your mobile number and user verifies his/her mobile no. using OTP
Step 5- After this, An OTP will be sent to your mobile number and Enter the OTP received.
(If OTP not received on mobile number then click on the option called Send OTP)
Step 6- After successful verification of mobile number, you need to fill in the patient registration & token generation form.
Step 7- Now, Patient Fill up all of the details correctly and request token for consultation and upload health records (if any).
Step 8- Finally, You will receive the Patient ID and Token through SMS.
Procedure to Login Patient: ESanjeevani OPD Login
Step 9- After this, eSanjeevaniOPD sends a SMS notification asking user to login then you will have to log in using the “Patient Login” tab present at the e Sanjeevani OPD Portal homepage.
- The login page will be displayed on your screen
- Enter the Mobile number or Patient ID along with Token No.,
- Click at the “Login” button
- You will be successfully login under the platform.
Step 10- Patient enters the clinic and is placed at the end of the existing queue. If there is no queue you will be placed at serial no. 1
Procedure to Take Appointment by Patient: ESanjeevani OPD Scheduling An Appointment
Step 11- eSanjeevaniOPD assigns a doctor to the patient (time interval depends on the length of the queue)
Step 12- As the doctor is assigned to the patient “CALL NOW” button gets activated
Step 13- User is required to click “CALL NOW” button within 120 seconds*
Step 14- Upon clicking “CALL NOW” within 10 seconds the doctor shows up in video.
Procedure to Consultation by Doctor: ESanjeevani OPD Download ePrescription
Step 15- Patient consults the doctor
Step 16- During the consultation doctor has an access to the patient’s health records (if uploaded health records)
Step 17- During the consultation, doctor prepares an electronic prescription (ePrescription)
Step 18- At the end of the consultation doctor sends the ePrescription and closes the call
Step 19- ePrescription shows up on patient’s end.
Step 20- Patient logs out after saving/printing the received ePrescription
Step 21- After the call eSanjeevaniOPD sends SMS notification to the patient with a link to download ePrescription
