Latest Update News: So far 9000 applications have been received under the Kanya Sumangala Yojana aimed at promoting women empowerment, in which 2000 applications have been rejected due to various deficiencies. Before Corona, 2214 girls have been benefited from the scheme. It is expected that the budget will be released soon and the remaining eligible girls will also be given benefits.

Summary: ‘Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangala Yojana’ has been started for daughters born in Uttar Pradesh. Under the scheme, the government will provide financial assistance to families with less than three lakh annual income for the birth of daughters and education. Governor Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Union Minister Smriti Irani jointly launched the scheme.
Kanya Sumangala yojana will provide a fund worth Rs 15000 to every family where a girl child is born. The amount will be released to the family in a phased manner.
The funds under the scheme will be released in various installments when the girl child completes various milestones such as at the time of birth, vaccination, admission to Class 1, 5, 9 and graduation.

Stages for implementation of Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangla Yojana :
मुख्यमंत्री कन्या सुमंगला योजना 6 श्रेणियों में निम्नवत् लागू की जायेगी:-
| प्रथम श्रेणी | नवजात बालिकाओं जिनका जन्म 01/04/2019 या उसके पश्चात् हुआ हो, को रू0 2000 एक मुश्त धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया जायेगा। |
| द्वितीय श्रेणी | वह बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिनका एक वर्ष के भीतर सम्पूर्ण टीकाकरण हो चुका हो तथा उनका जन्म 01/04/2018 से पूर्व न हुआ हो, को रू0 1000 एक मुश्त धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया जायेगा। |
| तृतीय श्रेणी | वह बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिन्होंने चालू शैक्षणिक सत्र के दौरान प्रथम कक्षा में प्रवेश लिया हो , को रू0 2000 एक मुश्त धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया जायेगा। |

| षष्टम् श्रेणी | वह सभी बालिकायें सम्मिलित होंगी जिन्होंने 10वीं/12वीं कक्षा उत्तीर्ण करके चालू शैक्षणिक सत्र के दौरान स्नातक-डिग्री या कम से कम दो वर्षीय डिप्लोमा में प्रवेश लिया हो , को रू0 5000 एक मुश्त धनराशि से लाभान्वित किया जायेगा। |
Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumangla Yojana will be implemented in six stages:-
| Stage1. | The girl child born on 01/04/2019 or after will be benefited with Rs. 2000/- One Time |
| Stage2. | The girl child who has received full immunization and is not born before 01/04/2018 will be benefited with Rs. 1000/- One Time |
| Stage3. | The girl child who has enrolled in Standard 1 during the current academic year will be benefited with Rs. 2000/- One Time. |
| Stage4. | The girl child who has enrolled in Standard 6 during the current academic year will be benefited with Rs. 2000/- One Time. |
| Stage5. | The girl child who has enrolled in Standard 9 during the current academic year will be benefited with Rs. 3000/- One Time. |
| Stage6. | The girl who has passed standard 10/12 and has enrolled into a bachelor degree/ at least 2 years of certified diploma course in the current academic year will be benefited with Rs. 5000/- One Time. |
Apply Online : UP Kanya Sumangla Yojana Registration Process
Under this scheme, only two daughters of a family with two children will be given the benefit of the scheme. If the first daughter is followed by a twin daughter, all three will be given the benefit of the scheme. When the girl child is a minor, the amount payable will go to her mother and the father’s account on the death of the mother. On the death of both parents, the amount will go to the girl’s account.
In the scheme, online application can be made on the website www.mksy.up.gov.in from the public utility center / CSC center. Those who cannot do so can fill their form and submit it to the office of Block Development Officer, SDM, District Probation Officer, Deputy Chief Probation Officer.
Step to Apply Online MukhyaMantri Kanya Sumangla Yojana 2020
Step 1- Visit the Official Website Ministry of Women and Child Development (MKSY) i.e. https://mksy.up.gov.in.
Step 2- On Homepage, Click on the Citizen Service Portal link in the left and menu.
Step 3- You will be asked for consent to the terms and conditions of the scheme. Here you have to click on the link “I Agree” below.
Step 4- Registration Form page will displayed on screen.
Step 5- In this registration form you will have to verify all the information asked like by entering name, Aadhaar number, mobile number and OTP.
Step 6- Your registration will be completed once the OTP entered by you is verified.
Step 7- After this you will get the login ID and password with the help of your registered mobile number.
Step 8- You have to login on the official website (mksy.up.gov.in) with the help of the login ID and password received on your mobile.
Step 9- Kanya Sumangala Yojana Application Form page will displayed on screen.
Step 10- You have to enter all the information in this form and upload all the necessary documents. After that, to complete the registration process, click on the link of “Send SMS OTP”.

– सबसे पहले कन्या सुमंगला योजना की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर जाएँ
– अब आपको ‘Quick Links’ सेक्शन में जाकर ‘Citizen Services Portal’ ऑप्शन में “Apply Here” पर क्लिक करना है।
– अब नया पेज खुलेगा जिसमे आवेदक को रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा | नीचे स्क्रॉल कर के मैं सहमत हूँ ऑप्शन पर क्लिक करके “जारी रखें” बटन पर क्लिक करें
– अब नए पेज में आवेदक को कुछ जानकारी देनी होगी और अंत में ओटीपी के माध्यम से वेरिफिकेशन करना होगा
– सही ओटीपी डालने के बाद आवेदक पंजीकरण हो जायेगा और आपको एक यूजर आईडी मिलेगी | पासवर्ड वही रहेगा जो अपने चुना होगा
– आप आपको यूजरनाम और पासवर्ड डालकर लॉगिन करना होगा
– लॉगिन करने के बाद आप कन्या सुमंगला योजना का ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन फॉर्म देख पाएंगे

Eligibility Criteria
UP Kanya Sumangla Yojana Beneficiary Guidelines
मुख्यमंत्री कन्या सुमंगला योजना की पात्रता की अहर्ताएं
1. लाभार्थी का परिवार उत्तर प्रदेश का निवासी हो तथा उसके पास स्थायी निवास प्रमाण पत्र हो, जिसमें राशन कार्ड/आधार कार्ड/वोटर पहचान पत्र/विद्युत/टेलीफोन का बिल मान्य होगा।
2. लाभार्थी की पारिवारिक वार्षिक आय अधिकतम रु0-3.00 लाख हो।
3. किसी परिवार की अधिकतम दो ही बच्चियों को योजना का लाभ मिल सकेगा।
4. परिवार में अधिकतम दो बच्चे हों।
5. किसी महिला को द्वितीय प्रसव से जुड़वा बच्चे होने पर तीसरी संतान के रूप में लड़की को भी लाभ अनुमन्य होगा। यदि किसी महिला को पहले प्रसव से बालिका है व द्वितीय प्रसव से दो जुड़वा बालिकायें ही होती हैं तो केवल ऐसी अवस्था में ही तीनों बालिकाओं को लाभ अनुमन्य होगा।
6. यदि किसी परिवार ने अनाथ बालिका को गोद लिया हो, तो परिवार की जैविक संतानों तथा विधिक रूप में गोद ली गयी संतानों को सम्मिलित करते हुये अधिकतम दो बालिकायें इस योजना की लाभार्थी होंगी।
Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Kanya Sumanga Yojana
| 1. | The family of beneficiary must be resident of Uttar Pradesh and must have proof of residence for the same under which Ration Card/ Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/ electricity bill / telephone bill will be valid. |
| 2. | The income of beneficiary’s family must be maximum 3 Lakh per annum |
| 3. | Maximum of two girls of one family will be benefitted under the scheme |
| 4. | Family must have maximum two children. |
| 5. | If woman delivers twin babies in her second delivery then the third girl child will also be eligible for benefit. If woman has a girl from first delivery and she has twin girls from her second delivery then only in this condition all the three girls will be eligible for benefit. |
| 6. | If a family has adopted a orphan girl then the maximum of two girls will be benefitting under the scheme including the biological children and the adopted girl child. |

UP Kanya Sumangla Yojana Beneficiary Benefits
– सबसे पहले बच्ची के जन्म के समय एक 2 हजार रुपये दिए जाएंगे|
– बेटी के टीकाकरण के समय 1 हजार रुपये की मदद दी जाएगी|
– बच्ची के पहली कक्षा में प्रवेश के समय 2 हजार रुपये दिए जाएंगे|
– बिटिया के छठवीं कक्षा में प्रवेश के समय 2 हजार रुपये दिए जाएंगे|
– नौवीं कक्षा में प्रवेश के समय 3 हजार रुपये की मदद दी जाएगी|
– 10वीं और 12वीं कक्षा की पढ़ाई के लिए 5 हजार रुपये दिए जाते हैं|
Amount of Monetary Benefit Dispersed
Under Kanya Sumangala Yojana, the state government bears the expenses of education of daughters. This includes Rs 2000 at birth, Rs 1000 for completion of one year vaccination, Rs 2000 at the time of admission in class-1, Rs 2000 at the time of admission to class-6, Rs 3000 at the time of admission to class-9 and tenth and twelfth 5000 will be given in lump sum upon passing the examination and taking admission in degree or diploma course of two years or more. In this way a total of 15 thousand rupees are given.
At each stage of this scheme, a certain amount is dispersed to the beneficiary. Check the details shared as under-

UP Kanya Sumangla Yojana Scheme Feature
- Under this scheme, the state government will provide an economic incentive of Rs 15,000 to all registered girls.
- An amount of Rs 1200 crore has been allocated by the Chief Minister for successful implementation of Kanya Sumangala Yojana.
- Through this scheme, the state government will try to change the ideologies created in the state about the birth of girls.
- Under the Chief Minister Kanya Sumangala Yojana, the girl child born in the month of April this year will get the benefit of all six categories of the scheme till taking admission in graduation.
- At the same time, the girls who have entered class one this year will be eligible for the scheme from the second category.
- Money is sent directly to the bank account through PFMS to the beneficiary. The money of the little girls will be sent to their parents’ account.
