UPPSC PCS 2018 Result: women candidates shines in uppcs up pcs exam

Be it the PCS J exam of the Public Service Commission for the judicial service or the state's largest PCS exam of the administrative service, the daughters are constantly showing their talent. In PCS 2018, out of 976 candidates selected, more than a quarter of women have been selected for 258 posts. Of these, 234 are from UP.

24 women candidates from other provinces have been selected for various posts in PCS 2018. Their participation in the total selected posts is more than 26 percent. Of the 119 SDMs, 41 were selected and 18 were in 94 deputy SPs. Even in the previous recruitment of PCS in 2017, almost such percentage of the posts were given to women. Which was the highest compared to the previous five recruitments of PCS. PCS 2013 was selected for 654 posts. Of these 122, 19 percent were daughters. At the same time, out of the total 579 officers selected in PCS 2014, 114 or 20 percent were daughters, while in PCS 2015, 530 officers selected had 100 or 19 percent daughters. In the PCS 2016 result declared on 22 February last year, 22 percent of the daughters scored.

Could not select 12 positions
The interview of 2669 successful candidates for the main examination was conducted between 15 July and 25 August. 68 candidates were absent in the interview. Secretary Jagdish said that due to non-availability of qualified candidates, 12 posts of Information Officer / District Information Officer have not been selected. He informed that marks and category-wise cutoff marks will be released on the website of the Commission very soon, therefore applications received under the Right to Information Act in this regard will not be considered. The result of Pre was declared on 30 March 2019.

Female topper again after one year
Prayagraj The daughter topped in 2016 after ten exams of PCS. After Indu Prabha Singh in 2005, Jayjit Kaur Hora of Kanpur became the topper of PCS in 2016. After 2017, now not only has the woman topped 2018 again, she dominates the top-three. Please tell that in the PCS J 2018 recruitment of the Commission to be selected for the posts of Civil Judge Junior Division, more than half of the posts were selected for daughters. Daughters were selected on 315 out of total 610 posts. PCS J 2018 topper was also the daughter. The top-10 selected included five daughters.
