श्रमिक पंजीकरण कैसे करें?
For registration, renewal, annual return, inspection report etc. under the following Acts get registered in Uttar Pradesh Labor Department Portal :
- Beedi and Cigar Workers Terms of Service) Act, 1966

Procedure to Apply Online Uttar Pradesh Shramik Panjikaran Application Form 2020

UPSCE Act Online Registration Process
Step 1- First Visit the Official Website of UP Labour “https://ift.tt/3cmU9zz; on the address bar and press the enter button.
Step 2- Now the website of Uttar Pradesh Labor Department has opened in front of you. If you want to see the website in Hindi, then click on the “Hindi” button.
Step 3- Now click on the link “Online Registration and Renewal”.
Step 4- Now the “Labor Act Management System” website has opened in front of you.
Step 5- Now from here you can choose your language. If you want to see in Hindi, then choose ‘Hindi’ language.
Step 6- Read the instructions given on the website.
Step 7- To use the portal, membership of the portal has to be obtained.
Step 8- Now if you are a new user, click on the “Register Now” button, then click on New Registration. Fill your details in the given form and create a user-id and password.
Step 9- You enter your user-ID and password by logging in.
Step 10- First select the Uttar Pradesh Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, 1962 in “Select Act” and click on registration.
Step 11- Now read the given instructions and tick the “I have read all instructions carefully” and click on the I AGREE button.
Step 12- Now fill the given form carefully and ‘Calculate Fee’ and submit the form, now click on the Proceed for payment and pay the fee online through internet banking.
Step 13- After successful payment, the registration certificate will be issued automatically.
Step 14- Click on the print certificate and get the registration certificate.
Important Note
- There is no need to verify the Treasury Challan Department.
- Go to the payment option and fill the payment details (Challan no. Challan date and bank name), otherwise your application department will not be able to come.
MTW Act Online Registration Process
- First, type “https://ift.tt/3cmU9zz; on the address bar and press the inter button.
- Now the website of Uttar Pradesh Labor Department has opened in front of you. If you want to see the website in Hindi, then click on the “Hindi” button.
- Now click on the link “Online Registration and Renewal”.
- Now the “Labor Act Management System” website has opened in front of you.
- Now from here, you can choose your language. If you want to see in Hindi, then choose ‘Hindi’ language.
- Read the instructions given on the website.
- To use the portal, membership of the portal has to be obtained.
- Now if you are a new user, click on the “Register Now” button, then click on New Registration. Fill your details in the given form and create a user-id and password.
- You enter your user-id (username) and password by logging in.
- Now under the Acts of this portal, you can use for registration, renewal, annual return, inspection report etc.
- First, select the Act and click on Registration.
- Now read the given instructions and tick the “I have read all instructions carefully” and click on the I AGREE button.
- Now fill the given form and calculate ‘Fee’ and save (save) the form.
- You can see your saved form by going to the View Application.
- Now you can edit your application by selecting your secure form, attach the necessary attachments, make payment etc.
- By going to the Upload Attachments button, you can come and upload the necessary attachments such as photo of the institution, identity certificate, PAN card.
- Go to CHOOSE FILE and select and open the attachment (Note: Attachment must be in GIF, PNG or JPEG format)
- Now you can go to the payment button and enter the application number (APPLICATION NO.) And select the payment mode.
- There are 2 types of payment mode 1. Challan 2. Online. By clicking on the challan, you can download the challan form and submit it to the treasury bank of the respective district or select online (online mode) and proceed to payment.
- By selecting online, you are now on the website of the treasury where you click on pay without registration and select the department (SRV-Labor and Employment Department, U.P.), after that enter the name of the respective regional office in the column of the division, followed by the column of Select Treasury. Select the Treasury of the district concerned, after that, put the name of the firm in the depositor name, after that carefully select the head of the relevant Act and mark the fee:

Pay the payment slip and save.
- 21. After the payment, submit the final after challan number, date, name of the bank, in the application form.
- 22. Now your application has been sent to the concerned Deputy Labor Commissioner.
- 23. The Deputy Labor Commissioner can approve/reject the application after inspection.
- 24. In the event of being rejected, resubmit the application, removing the shortcomings.
- 25. To download the Signed Certificate, after registration is approved, go to the view application, then select the application and click on the download certificate from the options below.
- 26. Now you can go to the secure application and see the inspection report, rejections report etc.
Note:
